BREAKING - catapult client register aggregate transaction hash validator and require aggregate version 2 after fork. Client version is v1.0.3.4. rest-gateway update to v2.4.2 symbol-sdk update to v2.0.3

Yes, there was a new catapult version which I merged in to main yesterday. This PR is for merging back main to dev.
