Addresses #310

[x] adds .circleci config to run eslint fix task

Will require someone to set up a CircleCI project for this repo. I propose we only run this a PR time (configurable in CircleCI project settings).

Ha, noticed as soon as I submitted this PR that travis-ci is already configured on the project. We should get with @LukeAskew to see how we can add an npm run eslint -- --fix task to the TravisCI command list.
