Hi, Thanks so much for producing this excellent tool, I'm really enjoying it!
When I generate an html output, I notice that the Sankey diagrams are cut-off (the text of the species-level on the far right is cut off). Is there are way to correct this?
Also, why don't the Sankey display settings carry across? (for example I unchecked the display read figures yet they are there on the html output)
