Hi I never use R before. But I want to learn how to use Pavian, to visualize metagenomic result from Kraken2.

Is there any in depth detail how to install and learn for beginners. The instruction in the page is a bit too complicated for me.

Hi :) here is the walkthrough Pavian app: https://github.com/fbreitwieser/pavian/blob/master/vignettes/pavian-walkthrough.Rmd Hope it helps, I think it's pretty straight forward even without much knowledge of R. Or was it what you meant by the instruction in the page?
