Unable to upload more than 100 kraken reports #54

After much troubleshooting, I realized that Pavian will not allow me to upload more than 100 reports in a sample setusing the upload tool. I have tried this using a sample_metadata.csv as well as just uploading the reports without metadata. I was however able to upload more than 100 samples by using the "Use data on server" and upload all the reports from a single directory. That being said, I was unable to upload the corresponding metadata file. I have tried this using a chrome browser as well as the Rshiny window. Thanks, Michael
