Fixed issue where `adChoices` icon was duplicating itself on scroll #72

Issue: Each time we scrolled the list, adChoices icon would keep duplicating itself screenshot_20180723-152502

The facebook adapter performs it's own thread to header bidding and that's the reason sometime facebook fill rate should covered before Floor cpm to get higher revenue.
