Is there anyway to get energy?I mean to rent energy。 #106

I had use code to send tx,but failed ,use hash on torn explorer ,show :"FAILED -OUT OF ENERGY"，so ,I want ask ,is there anyway to get energy?I don not mean burn,burn is too expensive,one tx just burn 30TRX.
