Error with Two pages view [HTML5]

1. download and unzip FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
2. deploy on a web server like Apache 2.0
3. open index.html
4. click on "two pages" button 

The first time you click on "two pages" button nothing is showed. The second 
time you click on "two pages" button after returning to "single page" view, the 
second page is blank (you cannot check this with example pdf because the second 
page is empty). Sometimes the right page content is showed "out of the sheet". 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 20 and Firefox 17
