contributing policy #4

For contributing specifically to the website

  1. Do project owners just push to master?
  2. Should we create PRs for review and vote?
  3. Can we edit styles without so much policy, and reserve big discussion for content updates?

I'd say go for PRs, for review and vote. Style editing, go for it, big discussions should be for big updates.
