exporter-main.log

Heya, I just installed this plugin on a new PC and it appears to work fine up until trying to export a .tga file, I get this error, it appears to happen with any other file type as well. I've tried reinstalling the plugin and tried a previous version, but I seem to get the same error.

Hopefully the log uploaded fine here!

Thanks for a great little tool!

Hi @PhilK85! Thanks for sharing the log. Unfortunately I can't find anything wrong looking at it until the error itself shows up:

11:36:15.798 [ImageExporter] [ERROR] Error with convert STDIN: Error: write EOF

Some questions:

  1. You mentioned this happens on a new PC. Is the plugin working fine on other PCs? In this case, is there anything different in the configuration of the new PC (i.e. different Windows version, company vs. personal pc, etc.)?
  2. I see the folder you're exporting to is in OneDrive. Does the error also occur when exporting to other locations?
  3. Does the error happen with any PSD file? If not, would you be able to share the PSD you're using?

test.zip Hi, thanks so much for the quick response! and sorry for my super slow reply...

1: Yeah this has worked fine on my other PC(s), I'm currently using a new laptop for a few weeks. I THINK I'm also on a different photoshop version than on my other PC where I know it works, I will try an older version to see if that works potentially EDIT: No luck with older PS versions I've tried either unfortunately so far. 2: Unfortunately it seems to happen with other non OneDrive folders too. 3: So far it's happened every time with both newly created and old PSD files.

I attached a PSD (had to put it in a zip file to allow it to upload here) file that gave me the error in case that would be helpful.

Now's my turn to apologize for the slow response. I've completely missed your reply. Apologies about that.

Thanks for sharing the test file. Unfortunately, I've had no luck reproducing the issue on my side I'm afraid.

Other things to eventually watch out for that I've seen happen a few times in the past:
