Broken Link on Lesson 3 #1

When showing that the mean and variance estimators are unbiased, page 10 links to:

But this link has been taken down.

A pity that document is no longer available (any copies of it seem to be behind CourseHero's paywall ).

Anyway, I found another document with the proof that the sample variance is unbiased, placed a copy within our Reference Material folder (with full attribution, of course) and changed the link accordingly!
