Add Portuguese Citizen Card small logo if information is from its card #2

The ID verification is important for the micro-credencials. We already has a similar feature, that uses the Portuguese citizen card authentication, and its civil identification number - in Portuguese Número de Identificação Civil (NIC) is show on the course certificate html/pdf document.

We need to add a logo of the Autenticação.gov.pt that show that the student has associated its authentication to the Portuguese citizen card, increasing its verification of identity.

Kind of a logo based on Autenticação.gov.pt with the information of Verified with Autenticação.gov.pt

This certificate includes student name from Authenticação.gov.pt.
