Upgrade to v2.23.0.
Add local fonts and remove Google Fonts.
Guarantee compatibility with future versions of Richie

@igobranco I'm having issues with circle-ci. I have replicated the configs from fun-richie-site-factory to see if I could fix circle-ci checks but I'm missing something. The latest update has some significant changes, mainly due to the inclusion of Cunningham, FUN's design components. Everything runs locally. Hope you can help diagnose what I got wrong.

Removed your fix of the CI on the branch sandroscosta/issues/GN-1232. Nevertheless, I've create the branch sandroscosta/issues/GN-1232-old so we can recover it if we need.

Yes, we should update the Circle CI configuration, from the Richie cookiecutter, but we need further changes to make it work. So I'm going to upgrade those configurations, before merging this PR.

I'm going to do the opposite, merge this PR, then fix the Circle CI.
