Remove twitter and instagram footer links #186

We have no longer support the X/Twitter account of NAU. We have created the Instagram account, but the marketing team can't keep up producing content to that account.

So we have decided for now, to remove both Instagram and Twitter links from the footer.

@igobranco I'm thinking about commenting the link without removing it completely, to avoid having to recreate it later.
