Add redirect to course and organization marketing site page

Currently we aren't linking the LMS organization to Marketing www organization page.

If we add this code on NAU Richie, we could change the Open edX Theming and link it very easily.

Added a course redirect on nau-richie-site-factory it was just an URL on a view on Richie.
