Engine only. Enhancement would include:

function to generate DOM document from XML
function to generate XML from DOM document
Function to read an IDM driver's mapping table (requirement - add proper DAL entity and keys for the function to work)

This may be implemented as part of the main PRD module or its own stand-alone code, with or without dependencies to the same.
