[x] Create a "validation_fluctuation_strength.py" script with the validation routines for the Fluctuation Strength implementation
[x] Add it to the "validations/sq_metrics/fluctuation_strength" folder.
[ ] Create validation code based on literature (Sottek's papers, Fastl & Zwicker, ECMA-418-2)

Validation script can be copied from current test script, as it runs multiple evaluations of Fluctuation Strength using stationary signals.
