use $_bldtype variable instead of hard-coded Debug mode
add install -D in multiple sections to assure the parent directories are created.
remove install as it is almost identical to install_server
replace linux icons with higher resolution ones from [https://download.fcitx-im.org/fcitx-mozc/fcitx-mozc-icon.tar.gz](fcitx upstream)

While certainly they could do that, I don't recommend to use it because that's not my intention.
