converted project to support NetStandard and new project system refactored tests to remove obselete calls to Machine.Specifications framework contains breaking changes in regards to namespaces to standardize based on project structure

guessing this being ignored so i will close PR comment would have been nice atleast,
if the project is dead open up to new maintainer please there several PRs open for this functionality now

You may as well keep it open? It's a cleaner option than either of the other two PRs that are trying to add Core support.

I am done waiting on this ... closing as abandoned , netstandard 2 is now out and makes this PR relatively obsolete
