Allow different levels of verbose, and a "quiet" command #17

In the pre-release new version attached the "normal" beauvoir is more... concise 55_1f.zip

using a -v (or -verbose) shows more things -debug, of course, is REALLY verbose

Can you please let me know what you think, and the corrections to make?
