With the Great UI Reshuffle of 10.3, many buttons and panels were moved to new locations. Most of these make sense, but one which doesn't make sense to me is moving the 'Retime' menu button from the Timeline to the Viewer:
The new location doesn't really make sense for a couple of reasons:
The Viewer can be on a totally different screen to the Timeline, which is where the change will actually appear. That means to use it, you have to move the mouse a long way.
The button actually effects the currently-selected clip in the Timeline, not what is visible in the Viewer anyway. You can be viewing a clip from the browser, but make a modification via Retime, and it will affect the clip in the Timeline, not the clip being viewed.
