Updated configuration files #131

Updated configuration files to match the properties in their respective blueprint files

Reindexing is failing on the 4.7.0 without the fcrepo.baseUrl property. The reindexing route is using localhost:8080 if the fcrepo.baseUrl property is NOT defined in the config. I have removed it from other config files.

Also, the ldpath.service.baseUrl I removed is a duplicate of https://github.com/fcrepo4-exts/fcrepo-camel-toolbox/pull/131/files#diff-900608c49224c821d59b2efeb47c4eedR9
