Verify binary digests are used during import of Bags. #87

Related to https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/FCREPO-2418

Added integration test and unite test to verify that the binary digest is used.
Fixed the issue unit test that failed to retrieve the sha1 checksum (null checksum) from the sha1FileMap.
Fixed the inconsistent delimiter issue in wring the manifest file and parsing the manifest line.
