Update Spring schemas from 3.0 to 4.1 #25

I think it's recommended practice to omit the version numbers from the spring xsd locations, e.g.:

xsi:schemaLocation="
    http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd">
