Refactor fcrepo-webapp-plus to reduce profiles (#55) #59

Provide a single set of configuration files.
Include fcrepo-audit by default
Add RbAcl and XACML dependencies, but commented out by default.
Correct listener-class, file naming and bean documentation.
Add update from 4.8.0-SNAPSHOT to 4.7.4-SNAPSHOT
