Empty Acknowledgements section #268

Should we remove this section? Are there people not listed as contributors we'd like to acknowledge?

:+1: to removing it... or adding mention of the Fedora, Samvera, and Islandora communities.

Acknowledging those communities, plus Sarven Capadisli and Herbert Van de Sompel seems reasonable to me.
