Hmmm... turns out that the respec tag on the top left is a background-image set via CSS, e.g. https://www.w3.org/StyleSheets/TR/2016/logos/CR set in https://www.w3.org/StyleSheets/TR/2016/W3C-CR

and the watermark for specStatus unofficial is a background set via CSS, https://www.w3.org/StyleSheets/TR/2016/logos/UD-watermark set in https://www.w3.org/StyleSheets/TR/2016/w3c-unofficial.css

OK, it seems that respec was update with a change of bibliography handling just after my build of respec-fcrepe.js (see https://github.com/w3c/respec/commit/b847f067829a36584f8b4a6a8d3eb8be4b764f27). This does bring into question our copying of a static version separate from the "live" respec. Probably OK to stick with that for the candidate recommendation (and I'll rebuild as necessary from https://github.com/zimeon/respec) be perhaps we should relook at whether we can use the "live" respec for the final release. I'll make a PR to update...

Also noted the recent updates to respec mean that contributors without a url attribute don't get shown. Editors agreed that we should move the list of contributors into the acknowledgements along with Sarven and Herbert. Another PR coming...

Thanks for helping wrap up this last step needed for publishing the Fedora API Specification.

We used to use the "live" version of ReSpec... but their changes unexpectedly broke our site. We therefore opted for the more stable option of referencing a local copy of the library.

If it makes sense to bring our spec up to date with the current ReSpec release, that works for me... but I would still suggest we make a local copy of it.

Well, this is a local copy of the up-to-date version but with our changes for formatting for the CR. I suggest we go with this but think again before the final release
