Insertion Point Lost On Save #3

When a .md file is saved, the insertion point is lost. This is awkward when editing; if you save you can't just keep typing.

Would it be possible to retain the current insertion point across a save?

Or perhaps, optionally, only process the markdown looking for tables on a explicit command?

Another quick fix for you. 2.1.1 released with this fix
