Main add simulation plot ability

This pull request:

• expands the sim state serialization to to all layers. The isBarrel and coordinate system flags are still hard coded for ATLAS and need to be adapted once the geometry is read from a single ROOT file
• enhances the sim tests to include 16, 65 and 131 GeV photons that are simulated with the ATLAS magnetic field transportation
• enables to plot with pygeosimplify the serialized sim state data as cells coloured according to the energy that gets deposited in each cell. The plots look as follows:

As exepcted, the photon showers get visibly narrower with higher energy.
