Icons not updated on apps screen but are updated on the dash search and dock #12

Happens with all other extensions disabled too so its not a conflict issue.

Looks like this happens after a Lock and Unlock, as you can see Calendar was not affected, and that is because it is pinned to the dash, also if I move the icons that are affected to a folder and then out then they get fixed.

It does not seem to affect icons inside a folder but only the ones outside.
