I am not a designer, and the project's sponsor haven't provided any mockups for the attendant's webapp side.
However after the first prototype release, the raw html user interface scared him and kinda of broke his expectations, I believe he was expecting something fancier, with app-like visuals and a familiar UI.
While that might be out of scope and arguably not crucial for an MVP, adding some basic css theming using a 3rd-party css kit or framework is not a lot of work, so I am opening this issue to track and document my attempts of building a better UI and UX for the second release of the helpdesk attendant's side of the videochat.
