Mistake in sample JSON file #23

Hi

I think there is a mistake in the sample config.json file

"id": "," is correct and "id": , isn't correct (quotes are missing)

All the sample values in <> brackets are meant to be replaced and set to proper values. Service's "id" attribute is number and doesn't need quotes
