Ability to set thread count #51

Hello. As far as I can see, the codec is now using all available CPU threads with no way to change this. Can you please add a setting to change it?

With https://github.com/fdintino/pillow-avif-plugin/pull/50 and https://github.com/fdintino/pillow-avif-plugin/pull/54 landed this is now possible!
