Unfinished work - attaching a camera to a printer #3048

Describe the feature So far it is not possible to bind a camera to a printer. This work was simply unfinished in order to ship camera support for the FDM Monster UI without making design choices that would be hard to maintain.

This issue describes refining the camera system, adding management code to attach it to a printer and show it in the list, grid, or side panel.
