Update Links to AGBs and Datenschutzerklärung #31

Links on user registration page still point to Fairmondo. We need to update them before we go life.

Privacy is there, AGBs are missing. But that's more of a legal problem. Still leaving this open, until we have them, as they are important, I've been told...
