make configureable browser-selection #17

currently new login-flow windows and browser windows somehow fight each other, so I would like to implement a confgurable option to either use internal electron-shipped chromium browser-windows or open Talk-URLs in the external system's standard-browser.

well i implemented this issue in 0.1.1 Beta ( #19 branch) , please test. all binaires are uploaded and ready for testing.

as this and issue #18 seem to work now. i close both and merge it all, now. Thanks for testing @all !
