Size of windows on vectors/patterns need to be consistent

When it comes to function, composition, or vectors, it shrinked. See here:

the window is fixed, but it leads to different issue.

the textboxes should be consistent and closer to others.

Also when its uneditable, it look smaller than expected.

Basically, it should have the similar look like patterns' size of textbox
