Before I delete all cortical to focus on one feature I made. This is the original:
After I deleted all but the cortical in the photo.
Exported this and then import this in barebones genome:
Which looks perfectly correct. The issue is here:
1) Load Barebones genome 2) Add acceleration IPU like this:
3) import brain region
