Better handling of recurrent connections in CB #343

Presentation of connections between cortical areas looks great for a feed forward network but when there are numerous recurrent or backward facing connections the visualization becomes messy fast rendering the circuit unreadable and confusing.

Suggested solutions:

Enable user to define anchor points for each line and automatically form a curve or straight line through the anchor points.
TBD...

This is a pretty complex change and one we should discuss. Best we wait for the rewrite
