During the quick connect process user needs to select the destination cortical area. When destination cortical area is clicked the pop-up toolbar is shown by default which is distracting and can be confusing as it competes for attention before user completes the quick connect process.
Disable the pop-up toolbar from showing up while the Quick Connect window is open. Instead, move the location of the quick-connect window to above the selected destination cortical area so user can easily finalize the establishment of the connection.
