Client v0: Implement very simple web client #1

Need to implement very simple web client on AngularJS + Bootstrap

UI Elements:

form:
- text input - 'Flight number' (need to research information about possible values)
- text input with mask + datepicker - 'Flight date'
- submit button - 'Check Status'
processing results list (5 max results, last first)

Logic:

User fills both fields and press 'Check Status'
App makes request to server REST api
App cleans form
App adds pending status to processing results list
When response on request receives app changes pending result to real result
