Need to improve server implementation of method "status"

Method "status" has to:

get request from client
check is it allready in progress or done
if it's done - response with real result
if it's in progress - response with status "in progress"
if it's not exist
- create request to flightstats.com
- save it to cache with status "in progress"
- response with status "in progress"
- parse result page from flightstats.com
- save it to cache with status done
