mv db-schemas and debug server #8

lets remember to fix the server.js and config_db.js files.

for now going to close without merging as with this implementation the database does not connect (on marlon's computer) - will re-open once iron out the database config issue

We should probably have a quick discussion tomorrow - (I'm sitting next to marlon at HR still) - it will be up to @vanleuvenze to set the rules, but I personally don't think we should be merging into master until we actually have working implementations. This will become easier to id if all is still working once we get tests going, we should just progress carefully for now
