Minecraft Proxy Server Reimplemented

Description

Replaced the previous code with the complete implementation of a Minecraft proxy server that logs transmitted packets. Changes made include:

• Implemented the Args struct using clap for command-line argument parsing.
• Configured logging using fern and colored output using the colored crate.
• Defined the ConnectionSide enum for specifying which side of the connection to log packets for.
• Implemented the handle_client and handle_server functions to handle communication between the client and server.
• Added packet decoding and encoding using the feather_protocol crate.
• Defined the Connection struct to store connection-related information.
• Implemented the PlayerName struct for representing player names.
• Implemented the hide function to filter packets based on a blacklist or whitelist.
• Updated the checklist items accordingly.

Hey there My bad for not reading your README.MD. Yeah i see why'd you get a feeling of me as a bot. No I'm not a bot I just messed with github's stuff 2 years ago so that's how I got 100k As you can see from my commit's only going to a repository named CodingRule/super-duper-robot. Honestly I'd remove my commit's if I knew how LOL
