  1. Every color on the UI should have a proper name
  2. The theme creator should
    1. utilize a 4-bit(16 colors) color palette for easier color scheme creation
    2. utilize primary, secondary, and tertiary colors for easier color scheme creation
    3. be fully configurable for advanced theme creation
