Pan/Tilt commands don't stop if touch is dragged away from the arrow before release #2

Device: Samsung S9+ OS: Android Browser: Firefox for Android

Issue: If you hold an arrow, then drag away from the arrow into empty space and then release the touch, the pan/tilt action will occur indefinitely
