Step to reproduce
I do not know how to reproduce as icons are displayed depending of my template (and context datas).
For example, in the screenshot below, corresponding to my template 'patient', when Patient TR001 is displayed, all icons are correctly displayed. But for others patients only one icon is displayed in this template (feather-book-open).
Actual behavior
Some feather icons are not displayed in some of my templates (see screenshot below). Line underlined in error is feather.replace().
I found an issue reporting the same error message (#1057) but origin of the error dosen't seems to be the same as some of my templates displayed icons.
