chore: update dependencies & replace feathers-memory with @feathersjs… #214

This PR updates all dependencies & replaces feathers-memory with the dove version @feathersjs/memory as a devDependency. Also @feathersjs/feathers was added as a peerDependency so the version used here is independent.
