fix(authentication-client): Remove access token for fatal 400 errors #2894

This pull request removes the authentication client access token from storage for all 400 errors that are unrecoverable (e.g. 404, Forbidden) etc.

Closes https://github.com/feathersjs/feathers/issues/2835
