This is not documentation about Feathers, but documentation about how to use this Github repo, which should be easier to reach than searching Discord. Lerna/nyc/etc are not a built in universal things that everyone knows how to use, or remembers.

Thanks. I put some additional instructions in but it's indeed a good thing to have in the readme.
